This TREATLIFE ZigBee Hub is designed for seamless compatibility with TREATLIFE ZigBee smart home devices like the Water Leak Detector, Motion Sensor, and Door Sensor. It cannot directly connect to TREATLIFE smart plugs, light switches, or light bulbs.

The TREATLIFE ZigBee Hub requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network connection. If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band frequencies, ensure the 2.4GHz band is enabled in the router settings for successful pairing.

To connect the hub to the app, tap the "+" icon, select "Add device", choose "Hub", then tap the "Smart Hub" icon. Press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator starts flickering. Confirm the indicator is blinking slowly and tap "Next". Enter your 2.4GHz WiFi network name and password, then select "Next" and "Connect now". Your device will automatically switch to the WLAN page. If not, navigate to your phone's WiFi settings and connect to the "Treatlife-SL-xxxx" or "SmartLife-xxxx" network. After connecting to the device's hotspot, wait for about 2 seconds until it shows "No internet connection" - this is normal. Manually return to the Treatlife app and wait for the connection to complete. If the app doesn't automatically proceed, select "Confirm hotspot connection, next" and wait for the connection to finalize.
